Our beans are sourced from the mountainous Southwestern region of Colombia, in a small town called Monserrate. Comprised of mostly small-scale, family owned coffee farms. We then use the swiss water process, an innovation that uses pure water to gently remove caffeine. This 100% chemical free process decaffeinates coffee in small batches. This means producers can remove caffeine from very select amounts of Specialty Coffee. Coffee that is grown and harvested with the utmost care .
